What products do you sell?

At Ethenic Crafts, we offer a wide range of handcrafted products, including home décor, kitchenware, gift items, and personalized custom creations. All of our products are designed to showcase the beauty of ethnic crafts with a modern touch.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. International shipping will be available in the future, and we will notify our customers when this option is available.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

We process orders within 5-7 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order is processed, we will ship it to you.

 

 

What is the delivery time for my order?
  • Ready Products: Delivery time is approximately 10–15 business days after processing.
  • Customized Products: Delivery times will vary based on the customization requirements and will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through the shipping carrier's website.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹1500 within India. For orders below this value, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I cancel my order?

 Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow our returns process once you receive your order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for further details on how to initiate a return.

Are personalized or customized products returnable?

Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please check the product details carefully before making your purchase.

My item is damaged or defective. What should I do?
