We accept returns on products under the following conditions:

- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@etheniccrafts.in or call 9587137933 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Name and contact details
- Product(s) you wish to return and reason for return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
3. Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your website wallet.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the product shows signs of wear or damage.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow our returns process after receiving the item.
